Michael brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in global customer relationship management and business process outsourcing operations. He is widely recognized as an expert in customer experience transformation, contact center operations and strategic business development. Michael has successfully guided organizations in crafting and executing customer-centric strategies, enhancing operational performance and leveraging innovative business and technology solutions to drive efficiency and growth.

Before joining OneTouch Direct, Michael was the Chief Executive Officer and President of Continuum Global Solutions, a private, equity-backed global BPO. Under his leadership, the company grew more than 75% in four years, executing two strategic acquisitions and three divestitures to sharpen the company’s focus. Michael also led the Service Transformation organization for North America at KPMG and served as Chief Operating Officer and President of U.S. and Americas operations at Atento, a $2 billion global CRM/BPO provider.
