Information We Collect on the Site

Log Files
OneTouch Direct follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit the Site. This data is collected by the company that hosts the Site as a standard part of such hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files includes internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks a user made on the Site. These analytics are collected pseudonymously. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering aggregated, anonymized demographic information.

Like any other website, OneTouch Direct uses cookies. These cookies are used to store information, including visitors’ preferences and the website pages the visitor accessed or visited. Your rights under the CCPA:
As a consumer in California, you have the right to request:
- OneTouch Direct disclose information it has collected about you, to you or an authorized representative;
- Deletion of information; and
- Information about how OneTouch Direct sells or discloses your information to third parties.
Please know that there are limitations to your rights under the CCPA. When limitations arise, we will respond to your inquiry to the best of our ability, within the parameters of said limitations.
We are required to respond to any request to exercise the rights listed above within 45 days. Should we be unable to comply within 45 days, we will inform you as to whether we can complete your request or if we need more time.

Security
OneTouch Direct maintains security policies and practices for its office locations, call centers and technology systems to protect your information from unauthorized access and inappropriate disclosure, alteration or destruction. A documented security program has been designed and implemented that includes technical, administrative and physical safeguards. Security precautions may include, but are not limited to, the use of sophisticated encryption, authentication tools, physical security, network monitoring, logging and incidence response procedures.
OneTouch Direct is committed to the continual review of its security efforts and enhances the application of such, as necessary. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your contact information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any data you transmit to or download from the Site; you do so at your own risk.
EU Residents; GDPR
OneTouch Direct solely provides services within the United States of America. Any residents of the European Union (“EU”) attempting to use OneTouch Direct’s services should cease immediately. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you are not located in the EU. If you are a resident of the EU, please refrain from using our services. We do not collect or process personal data of EU residents and will not be held responsible for any misuse of the service by individuals in the EU. If you are an EU resident and have provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately to request its deletion.
Children Under the Age of 16
The Site is not intended for children under 16 years of age. No one under age 16 may provide any information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on the Site or on or through any of its features. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 16 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information. Changes to Our Privacy Policy
We keep this Privacy Policy under regular review and will place any updates on the Site. Paper copies of the Privacy Policy may also be requested by contacting us at privacy@OneTouchDirect.com. If we alter our privacy policy in whole or in part, we will inform you by posting a notice on the Site. Those changes will go into effect on the date stated in the notice and at the end of the revised Privacy Policy. The new Privacy Policy will apply to all current and past users of the Site and will replace any prior Privacy Policys. Your continued use of the Site or our services constitutes your consent to be bound by the revised Privacy Policy.
