Job Overview

Guaranteed hourly base pay + UNLIMITED COMMISSIONS. Earn up to $1,000 PER WEEK in commissions alone!

 

ONSITE position located at 3525 Northeast Pkwy San Antonio, TX 78218

Representatives will handle inbound chats assisting customers and perform account reviews to upgrade existing products, add new lines of service and offer additional features and accessories.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

 

  • Conduct inbound sales chats with customers.
  • Quickly assess customer needs and provide sound solutions.
  • Capitalize on all upsell opportunities
  • Close out sales via telephone.
  • Consistently provide a great customer experience
  • Document details of all chats, calls, and customer interactions.

 

Requirements

 

  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Call center experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and written skills
  • Computer skills including navigating multiple tabs, windows and systems
  • Basic typing skills necessary
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
  • Respect and maintain customer and client confidentiality
  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required
