Successful customer service representatives will handle inbound calls from First Responders to resolve tech issues and provide applicable solutions.

Requirements

 

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional telephone etiquette
  • Ability to handle high-stress situations and escalated issues
  • 1-2 years retail or customer service/call center experience is an asset
  • Knowledge of Mobility and Data products is an asset
  • Wireless, telecom, or technology experience is an asset
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelors Degree preferred
