Joseph Mole

Joseph is the Cofounder and President of OneTouch Direct, bringing over three decades of expertise in direct marketing, contact center solutions and senior leadership. He is the driving force behind OneTouch Direct’s strong people-first culture and growth. He ensures every strategic decision supports the company’s long-term vision while prioritizing employee satisfaction. By cultivating a respectful and motivating environment, Joseph significantly boosts employee retention and reduces turnover, which are crucial to sustaining OneTouch Direct’s continued success and growth.

Joseph’s deep expertise in direct marketing and consumer behavior, honed across various industries, informs his approach to delivering exceptional client solutions and cultivating strong business partnerships. Before OneTouch Direct, Joseph held senior leadership positions, including Vice President at Paradigm Direct/Mosaic Group Inc. and NCO Financial Group. Early in his career, Joseph owned and operated a movie theater in his hometown of Buffalo, New York, and remains an avid movie fan. These days, he loves cooking for his family every Sunday.

Chris Reed

As Cofounder of OneTouch Direct, Chris plays a pivotal role in shaping the vision for growth and global expansion. Chris is focused on extending the company’s North American platform into near and offshore markets, strategically aligning offerings to meet client demand and cost advantages. Chris is hands-on support with operations and the client services teams, ensuring OneTouch Direct exceeds client expectations and maintains a 100% client retention rate.

Before OneTouch Direct, Chris served as Senior Director at Paradigm Direct/Mosaic Group Inc., where he managed outsourced partner relationships and led the profitability of inbound and outbound teleservices. He also held the role of Director of Corporate Development at NCO Teleservices, where he developed large-scale teleservices solutions for Fortune 100 companies. In addition to his business expertise, Chris is a proud Army veteran, having served with distinction in the U.S. Army.

Trae Sellers

Chief Financial Officer
Trae Sellers

Trae is a financial executive with more than 34 years of experience in the retail, hospitality and BPO sectors. As CFO of OneTouch Direct, he oversees financial operations, including reporting, forecasting and compliance.

Trae began his career at Deloitte and later served as a Senior Strategic Planning Analyst at Florida Progress. For 14 years, he was CFO of Meadowbrook Golf, driving more than 700% growth through strategic acquisitions of more than 100 properties. He joined OneTouch Direct in 2017, after serving as CFO at Crispers Restaurants. His favorite hobbies are golf and traveling.

Mike is a dynamic business executive with more than 30 years of experience—22 of them with OneTouch Direct. He combines strategic development expertise with operational execution to drive financial performance and exceed client KPIs. In his role, Mike oversees operations for several key clients while also developing creative strategies informed by data analytics. He is instrumental in achieving the company’s monthly financial targets for individual programs, contributing to its overall success. With a strong emphasis on continual improvement, Mike adopts a people-first approach in all initiatives, ensuring both operational excellence and high employee engagement.

Mark Nolan

Mark is a seasoned executive with a proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and leading high-performing customer care teams. In his role at OneTouch Direct, he helped shape customer care strategies that align with client goals, drive operational efficiency and foster a culture of continual improvement.

Mark was previously Senior Vice President at T-Mobile®, where he drove the Team of Experts strategy, improving customer experience, reducing costs and boosting revenue—achieving a 35-point NPS improvement in just one year. Mark’s leadership during the pandemic ensured outstanding customer and employee satisfaction, earning T-Mobile industry recognition for Best Customer Satisfaction.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys time with his three children (especially skiing and visiting the Jersey Shore) and loves Philly sports and Notre Dame football.

Jon Check

Senior Vice President, Business Intelligence

Jon is a veteran executive sales leader with more than 26 years of experience in the technology sector. Recognized for his strategic, analytical and collaborative approach, Jon consistently exceeds organizational goals in revenue generation, cost optimization and customer satisfaction. As the Senior Vice President of Business Intelligence at OneTouch Direct, Jon leads efforts to harness data and business intelligence to drive strategic decisions and exceed client objectives. He is deeply committed to fostering a positive culture and developing his frontline agents, believing they drive the company’s success.

Before OneTouch Direct, Jon spent 20 years at Verizon Wireless, where he honed his skills in leading omnichannel teams. Over the years, he has managed various functions, including customer service, loyalty and retention teams, customer service centers, web sales, sales chat and social media selling.

Andy Loving

Senior Vice President, Strategic Growth

Andrew Loving

Andy joined OneTouch Direct in 2024 as SVP of Strategy for the Healthcare Division, where he oversees the division’s performance, including strategy, growth and execution of services. He believes that people don’t care how much you know, until they know how much you care.

With more than 25 years of senior leadership experience, Andy’s career spans finance and operations in both established and early-stage healthcare companies. He started at publicly traded HCA and Healthways before moving into innovative care management roles at Inspiris (now Optum), naviHealth (now Optum) and Aspire Health (now Anthem). In 2015, Andy became a founding team member and COO of Narus Health, later joining Vivante Health as COO/CFO through their Series B funding. Over the last five years, he has served in leadership and advisory roles with companies such as Utilize Health, Assure Health and Redesign Health.

Brooke Ivey

As Senior Vice President of Growth for Healthcare at OneTouch Direct, Brooke brings over 20 years of leadership experience in insurance sales, business development, client services and operations within healthcare contact centers. With deep expertise in Medicare, Medicaid, ACA, TPA services and clinical contact centers, Brooke is a results-driven leader focused on driving growth and delivering exceptional outcomes.

Brooke’s ability to combine strategic vision with tactical execution has made her a trusted partner to clients and a thought leader in the healthcare industry. She believes that the best connections start with a good story and a little laughter—because great partnerships are built on trust, collaboration and a shared sense of possibility.

Liz Dahan

Liz Dahan

Liz is a seasoned leader with more than 25 years of experience in business strategy, public policy and international relations. Her diverse career includes roles as a former Congressional aide, government advisor, commercial diplomat and business strategist. Most recently, Liz was a Partner at Brunswick Group, where she advised corporations and foundations on sustainability strategies and engagement campaigns.

Liz’s distinguished career includes working with Secretary of State Madeleine Albright, running for federal office and earning an MBA from Wharton. As a Senior Advisor to OneTouch Direct, Liz focuses on the public sector and other key market segments, leveraging her expertise to drive strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Yvonne Torrijos

Yvonne Torrijos

Yvonne develops OneTouch Direct’s global marketing and sales strategies, focusing on new verticals and account management in Credit, Care and BPO. With over 20 years of experience, she leads transformational initiatives and leverages the company’s client success. Known for her expertise in customer engagement solutions for major brands, Yvonne is a goal-driven executive, passionate about helping clients achieve their objectives. She implements innovative sales strategies and enhances brand recognition. Yvonne also hosts OneTouch Direct’s Industry Consumer Finance Roundtable, where auto executives collaborate confidentially to share best practices and discuss economic challenges, fostering long-term industry relationships.

Yvonne is an avid reader, global traveler, seasoned golfer and, most importantly, a mom.

Joe Moloughney

Executive Vice President, IT Strategies

Joseph Moloughney

Joe has more than 35 years of experience across diverse industries like aerospace, defense, software and financial services. He joined OneTouch Direct 20 years ago, where he shaped the company’s technology roadmap while developing and expanding its security framework to stay ahead of evolving privacy and compliance challenges. Currently, Joe oversees all aspects of Information Technology. He led the design and development of OMNI-Connect, an integrated contact center solution leveraging Amazon Connect and AWS services for voice, chat, email, real-time sentiment analysis and agent support.

Before OneTouch, Joe was VP of IT at Paradigm Direct/Mosaic Group Inc. and also worked at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (later Credit Suisse). He holds a BA in Business Administration from William Paterson University and has completed Master’s coursework in Computer Science at Farleigh Dickinson University. Joe’s best childhood memories come from his grandfather’s dairy farm In Pennsylvania, where he often spent his summers.

Thea Sommer

With over 30 years of coaching experience, Thea is an expert in leadership and transformation and is the founder and owner of Beyond Ten, a company designed to help clients reach their full potential. For nearly 20 years, Thea has been a valued member of the OneTouch Direct team. As Executive Advisor, she coaches executives, facilitaties retreats, builds a lasting culture and trains staff in communication, leadership, accountability and more. Her work is aimed at empowering people and providing them with tools to produce results and drive organizational goals. Above all else, Thea is proud to work for OneTouch Direct because of their incredible passion for people and their pledge to make the world a better place. 

Thea has two sons: one finishing their Master’s in emergency management, playing collegiate basketball and a lover of all things golf; and the other a Naval Officer stationed in Norfolk with his beautiful wife and dog. They are both her pride and joy.
